It's Not You, Except It Is.

When you spend months, years, trying to get a guy to open up, to commit. When he insists it is because he has scars and issues with women in general and that he is trying to be better for you. When he is never what you want and you cry and cry and wonder what you could be doing wrong, but continue to have hope that maybe one day he will realise all your worth and become the prince charming you deserve.

When he does become prince charming. But it is not for you. It is for some other girl he just met.

So yeah, it's not that he wouldn't commit. 

It's just that he wouldn't commit to you.
